Our drivers have been authorized to make decisions regarding the safe operation of their vehicle. Commercial vehicles are much larger and heavier than a passenger vehicle and do not handle in the same manner. One of our normal full size service trucks can weigh up to 26,000 pounds GVW (gross vehicle weight) when fully loaded. In comparison, the average passenger vehicle weighs about 4,000 pounds.
The hose used to service your unit is approx. 40 feet long. Prior to and upon delivery the site contact is notified the unit needs to be placed within this distance to be serviced. If our hose cannot reach the unit, unfortunately we are unable to service. If this occurs, an Operation’s Team Member will notify the site contact regarding the missed service and try to resolve the placement issue by the next scheduled service day.
If road conditions worsen due to weather, drivers are trained to adapt to their surroundings and slow down to maintain safety measures. In addition, it can increase standard service times. Drivers must use extra caution while getting it and out the truck, walking on icy surfaces or trudging through deep snow to gain access to the portable unit, just as you might when you go to your mailbox or to retrieve your newspaper. Since we are not responsible for any property damages, we will not take any risk that could lead to any damage.

Gotügo is always concerned about the health and safety of our customers, community and our employees. With the current threat of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking the precautionary steps in response to the latest information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
Proper sanitation guidelines and respiratory etiquette have been reviewed with staff, along with access to hand sanitizer and gloves. Our technicians follow a thorough cleaning regime for equipment on site and we will continue to stay fluid and flexible to adapt to any future Federal recommendations.
Please help us with social distancing for all delivery, pickup and servicing. Per our terms and conditions, please make sure all units are placed within a 40 ft distance of a hard surface (hard surface is roadway able support 26,000 lb. truck). This will help limit social interactions with our technicians and customers. If you need our assistance, please let us know, we're always here to help!
We will continue to monitor this daily for any additional recommendations or changes from the CDC and other Federal and State Health Authorities.
Thank you again for your business and please stay well!
