As an event planner I deal with personnel in a wide berth of fields, occupations and character. I wanted to let you know how happy I am with the delivery today.
The driver actually took to time to let me know my drawing wasn’t accurate (not my house and I hadn’t been there in years). So he asked some questions to get the placement just right.
When I couldn’t picture everything for myself he offered and did take a photo and sent that to my phone.
I think he really went above and beyond offering to take the photo today and to take the time to care about the placement. I told him that.
And I wanted to let you know that as well. He should be commended.
Gotugo was the perfect solution for our portable restroom needs for the 2014 charm City Folk and Bluegrass festival, they were clean and well maintained. The staff from the reservation folks to the delivery and maintenance folks were punctual and well versed in the needs of my event, we would highly recommend them to an event that has portable restroom needs!

I wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for the very nice service I received from Joan when I had a very unfortunate incident happen a couple weeks ago. I accidentally dropped my brand new iPhone 6 down one of your porta-potties at Dacha in DC (yes, I learned a big lesson there). Anyway, it was important for me to try and get it out, even though I know it wouldn't be working, because I had AppleCare through Apple and could turn it in back in as a claim for water damage. That meant an $80 replacement vs $750 for a new phone.
Joan was very helpful and sympathetic and assisted me with meeting the technician at Dacha one morning so I could retrieve it. Without her help, I would have given up and resigned myself to spending $750 for a new phone.
I do feel bad for the people at the Apple store, but some stories don't need to be re-told in full -- haha. Anyway, please pass along my sincere thanks and appreciation to Joan for helping me through this crappy process. Sorry, I couldn't resist the joke.
