Gotügo is proud to donate its time and services to the 5th annual 2010 Bands in the Sands event in Annapolis, MD on Saturday, June 19, 2010. The event will be held at CBF’s Philip Merrill Environmental Center of Annapolis.

Proceeds of this “go-to” event of the summer will help protect and preserve the Chesapeake Bay. Boatyard Bar & Grill will be providing delicious grilled fare and live music from S.T.O.R.M. and Misspent Youth will have everyone dancing along the beach. In addition to good food and music, there will be an auction of beautiful Chesapeake Bay artwork that will also help raise funds towards the preservation of the Bay. The Arthritis Foundation Southern Maryland Branch is hosting its 17th Annual Walk in the fight and prevention against Arthritis. The theme this year is “Kids Get Arthritis & Dogs Too.” Since 2006, there has been a ceremony among canines and children of all ages in which medals of honor are exchanged recognizing thier courageous battle against arthritis.
